RAYMONDVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A 23-year-old man was arrested in Willacy County for allegedly burglarizing a mobile home.
At 6:53 p.m. Monday, Willacy County Sheriff Deputies responded to a call about a possible burglary in progress that was taking place at the Raymondville RV and Mobile Home Community, located on 14293 Emma Ross Road.
A caller reported to authorities that they heard a window break from a nearby trailer home. When deputies arrived to the scene they saw a man inside a trailer home who ran away to a nearby brush area.
The man, later identified as Jesse Espinoza Jr., was found in a nearby area due to his "distinct hair color" and because deputies had responded to a previous call for service at his residence.
The property manager was notified and requested to file criminal charges. Espinoza was arrested and transported to the Willacy County Jail. He was charged with burglary of a building TPC 30.02 and evading arrest of detention on foot.
