PD: Car found submerged at Harlingen Sports Complex lake

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An investigation is underway after a car was found inside of the Harlingen Sports Complex lake.

The car was discovered and pulled out Wednesday evening.

Sgt. Larry Moore with the Harlingen Police Department says the car had been in the lake for several years.

No one was inside of the car at the time of discovery.

Moore adds that the car was not reported stolen.
