La Plaza Mall celebrates back to school with giveaway

McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — It is back to school time!

On Saturday, La Plaza Mall hosted a day of deals and what it calls family-friendly fun at its back to school bash.

The outing featured giveaways every thirty minutes, prizes including tablets and gift cards.

The first 400 children to participate, received a backpack filled with school supplies.
