MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Esperanza Homes hosted its inaugural festival to help buyers discover their dream home in the Rio Grande Valley.
The Fall Festival of Homes allowed homebuyers to get a first hand look and explore homes that are ready to move into.
The event was hosted in various neighborhoods across the Valley, allowing homebuyers to choose the city that is best for them and their family.
"Many people can build a really great home but building a community where people live, where kids can play and families can grow, that means something," said Shant Samtani, Vice President at Esperanza Homes.
Over 50 homes will be available for a 4.99% permanent buydown, where Esparanza Homes will pay for homebuyers' interest for 30 years.
The fixed interest rates and buydown deal on certain Esperanza Homes locations will be available for a limited time.
"We are focused on building really wonderful communities that are not just affordable, they are accessible," Samtani continued.
Additional information on the limited time deal can be found on the Esparanza Homes website.
