Dallas Cowboys player to attend McAllen Holiday Parade

McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The City of McAllen announced its latest guest appearance for the 2025 McAllen Holiday Parade.

The press conference occurred on Tuesday morning at the McAllen International Airport lobby.

Isaac J. Tawill McAllen City Manager told ValleyCentral, that the McAllen Holiday Parade will have a lot of exciting things, including the appearance of a Dallas Cowboys football player.

"The McAllen International Airport, also known as the official airport in South Texas for the Dallas Cowboys, is so happy to announce to have DeMarcus Lawrence in attendance for the McAllen Holiday Parade," said Tawill.

Former linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, Leighton Vander Esch was at the press conference to announce that Lawrence will be in attendance for the 2025 McAllen Holiday Parade.

Lawrence, #90, is the Defensive End player for the Cowboys.
