Crash causes power outages in Edinburg

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Several outages have been reported in Edinburg after a vehicle struck a light pole.

At approximately 6:15 p.m., Edinburg police responded to a single-vehicle crash in the area of River Oaks Drive and Jackson Road.

The city is urging drivers to drive with caution and treat the following intersections as four-way stops:

• Jackson and University
• McColl and University
• Sprague and Pin Oak
• 2nd and Sprague
