BPD: Man accused of scamming people for jobs

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Brownsville police are searching for a man who they say has scammed numerous people.

Diego Amir Paz, 28, has falsely claimed to work for a business inside the Port of Brownsville and promised people jobs for a fee of $200.

33 victims have come forward.
