RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The owner of a Starr County business has been arrested on multiple charges, according to Rio Grande City Police.
An investigation by the RGCPD Criminal Investigations Division led to the indictment of Noie Hesbrook, owner of Starr County Monuments.
The police department stated it received several complaints against Hesbrook regarding a breach of contract.
The complaints were presented before the Starr County Grand Jury and Hesbrook was charged with two counts of theft of elderly and theft.
His bond was set at $100,000.
