Spectrum boosts employee careers with educational benefits

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Spectrum's Educational Benefits program offers full-time employees the opportunity to pursue various educational paths, including certification courses, bachelor's, and master's degrees, with the company covering tuition, books, and fees.

The program, in partnership with Guild, has seen 10,000 employees enrolled, with 700 already promoted.

The initiative aims to support employees' career growth while maintaining their employment. Spectrum also provides additional benefits such as job listings, medical, dental, 401(k) matching, and an employee stock matching program.
