The Board will hold a public hearing regarding the establishment of the 'Quality of Island Life' grant program, a new community support initiative funded by the EDC.

• Review of financial reports for January, February, and March 2026.
• Discussion and possible action on a $25,000 funding request from the SPI Historical Museum for a new exhibit.
• Consideration of $25,000 in funding for the ICAN program with Fishing's Future.
• Proposal from Friends of RGV Reef to refurbish and redeploy a recovered Fish Aggregating Device (FAD) at an estimated cost of $24,500.
• Progress updates and approval of supplemental studies for the SPI Marine Park project.
• Discussion regarding the development of a new tourist attraction on South Padre Island.
• Approval of the latest awards for the Sand Dollars for Success grant applicants.
• Approval of revised Art Business Incubator bylaws.
• Public Hearing and adoption of Resolution 2026-04 to formally establish the Quality of Island Life grant program.
• Authorization for the Vice President to execute a purchase and sale agreement for the Rampart tract.
• Authorization for a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) for the potential acquisition of the Agora tract.
