The Commission is set to formally adopt the May 2026 Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan, which includes enforceable penalties of up to $250 per offense for violations.

• Appointments and reappointments to the Keep San Juan Beautiful Board and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.
• Final Plat approval for the Villas de Angelina Subdivision (14.64 acres) and Stewart Coves Phase II Subdivision (16.00 acres).
• Resolution authorizing a grant application to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for the 2025 Water Distribution and Comprehensive Master Plan Improvement Project.
• Cooperation Agreement with Hidalgo County to continue participation with the Urban County as a Unit of General Local Government.
• Second and Final Reading: Ordinance adopting the May 2026 Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan with penalties up to $250.
• Second and Final Reading: Ordinance regarding alcoholic beverage sales for off-premise consumption at a proposed 7-Eleven on N. Veterans Boulevard.
• Second and Final Reading: Rezoning of Lot 30 and Lot 32 in San Juan Hacienda Estates from Light Industrial (L-1) to Single-Family Residence (R-S).
