Public hearing and consideration of a variance request to allow a 8' 6" front setback instead of the required 20 feet, and a 1' 7" side setback instead of the required 6' for a 20' x 24' existing carport, being Lot 72, Tabasco Subdivision, located at 609 W. 30th Street, Applicant: Arturo Gonzalez - Cervantes
