The City Commission will address a vendor default regarding the purchase of six vehicles for Police and Animal Control and appoint a new City Secretary.

• Appointment of Lynette Montemayor as City Secretary, including the Oath of Office.
• Discussion and action on expenditures and contracts valued between $5,000 and $100,000.
• Approval of contracts for the 2026 Freedom Fest with Salinas Promotions, LLC and La Gran Sonora 100% de Mike.
• Determination of vendor default for Payne Weslaco Motors and re-awarding the contract for 6 Police and Animal Control vehicles to the next lowest bidder.
• Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, legal issues, and the acquisition or sale of real property.
• Reconvene to take action on items discussed in Executive Session.
