Administrative and Executive Actions

• Approved minutes from the previous meeting held on November 19, 2025.
• Accepted the resignation of David Reyna from his roles as Vice-President and Board Member of the corporation.
• Reviewed the corporation's Financial Report.

Economic Development and Grants

• Declared the Corporation's intent to undertake economic development projects supporting La Planchaduria X-Press, Rio Prime, and Keystone Construction, authorizing the initiation of 60-day petition periods for each.
• Discussed potential amendments to the Small Business Boost Grant Program eligibility documentation requirements.
• Received presentations regarding the Boost Grant, Studio Suites Project, and Plaza del Rio Project.

Community Enhancements

• Approved the purchase of flowerpots and metal sculptures for downtown beautification and streetscape enhancements in an amount not to exceed $5,735.00.
