Reeser: In praise of welders

HARLINGEN, Texas – When he spoke at a Greater Chamber of Harlingen event recently, Texas State Technical College Chancellor Michael Reeser was full of praise for welders. 

Reeser used a joke to make his point that welders should not be belittled.
