• Water Conservation: Second reading of an ordinance amending the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan to Stage 2.
• Zoning Change: Request to rezone 3.00 acres in the 2300 Block of North Friday Avenue from Single-Family Residential (R-1) to Townhouse Residential (R-TH).

• Sewer Infrastructure: Awarding a $400,000 service contract to Saenz Brothers Construction for expressway frontage sewer line repair.
• Engineering Services: Authorizing a $139,700 contract with Halff Associates for utility adjustment engineering along Eldora Road.
• Appointments: Re-appointing members to the Animal Shelter Advisory Committee and the PEDC II Board of Directors.
