- Renewal of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Red Robin Restaurant at 409 South Jackson Road to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages.
- Request for a CUP for El Rodeo Grill (DBA 7 Mares) at 1401 South Jackson Road for on-premise alcohol consumption.
- Final plat approval for the Pharr Trade Center Subdivision, a 54.66-acre tract located in the 400 Block of E. Hi-Line Road.
Purchasing and Infrastructure
- Purchase of Vermeer heavy equipment for Pharr Connect from Vermeer Texas-Louisiana in the amount of $291,191.56.
- Purchase of servers for the IT Datacenter from SHI Government Solutions Inc. in an amount not to exceed $137,744.76.
Governance
- Nomination of a candidate to the Hidalgo County Appraisal District Board of Directors to fill an unexpired term.
