PD: Man wanted in connection to car theft

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The McAllen Police Department is searching for a man wanted in connection to the theft of a car.

The department's news release stated Alfredo Torres, 22, is wanted for the offense that took place Saturday at about 7:04 a.m.

The victim reported to police their blue GMC Sierra, was stolen from the 2400 block of N. I St.

Police describe Torres as approximately 5-feet-9-inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.
