One dead in Weslaco house fire, investigation underway

WESLACO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A house fire is under investigation after one person was found dead Friday afternoon.

According to the Weslaco Fire Department, the structure fire happened at 4000 Borg Ave in the Las Brisas neighborhood.

The home was fully engulfed in flames. The person who was found has not yet been identified.

This case is under investigation.
