MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral)—The McAllen Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man accused of committing multiple thefts.
From Feb. 9 through March 2, authorities have investigated multiple reports of theft from several department stores.

Investigators identified the suspect as 23-year-old Pharr resident Leonardo Ramos who is accused of stealing various recreational, electric, and clothing items from different locations.
Ramos currently holds five active arrest warrants for theft and retail shoplifting. He is described as a Hispanic man, 6'01" tall, weighs 190 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
