CITIZEN ALERT: The Commission will consider a $1.1 million funding increase for Homeland Security projects and multiple major roadway expansion contracts including Lark and Sprague Avenues.

• Public Hearing for multiple rezonings, including transitions from Agricultural to Low Density Residential and General Business to Regional Mixed Use.
• Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit for a Bar (Ojos Locos) at 2121 South 10th Street.
• Public Hearing for a variance regarding the Alcoholic Beverage Code at 3732 Pecan Boulevard.
• Award of contract for Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) Apparatus at McAllen International Airport.
• Award of contracts for major infrastructure projects: Idela Avenue Extension, Lark Avenue Roadway Widening, and Sprague Avenue Roadway Widening.
• Authorization to remove 4th Quarter FY 2024-25 uncollectible Sanitation and Drainage Fee accounts from the General Ledger.
• Amendment to Resolution No. 2026-21 to increase Homeland Security Program funding to $1,104,196.00.
• Approval of various tax refunds exceeding $500.00 for entities including ABC Supply Co and Burger King.
• Consideration of a resolution for an EDA application for the 'Warehouse Kingdom' project.
• Executive Session to discuss economic development matters and potential real property transactions.
