Man accused of shooting half-brother arraigned

RAYMONDVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The man accused of fatally shooting his half-brother will be arraigned Thursday afternoon.

Raymondville police say Mario Martinez will go before a judge at 1:30 p.m.

According to police, Martinez is accused of killing his half-brother Reynaldo Acosta. The shooting occurred late Tuesday night on the 800 block of W. Tampico Ave. in Raymondville.

Police have not provided a motive for the shooting.
