Local company shares outlook on construction

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A local business is bringing light on the growth of the construction business the Valley has seen over the past couple of years.

Renato Rodriguez, CEO of RDZ Group Enterprises, told ValleyCentral, that there is plenty of growth in the Valley, both in the municiplatlicites and in state and local government. All are doing the best they can to grow the infrastructure.

"Builders are doing amazing an amazing job, construction is doing a great job, there's just so much growth right now," Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez recommends that those looking to buy a home request to see their most recently built properties, request an audience with their previous client and do a thorough inspection.

"Make sure they're are capable individuals and they are qualified for it, so this way there is a trust on who's building your home and that they are building it properly," he added.
