HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Besame Mucho Festival in Austin took place this weekend with many popular artists, including Grupo Frontera.

However, many of those who attended the festival took to social media to share how they were displeased by the low audio production and sound quality of the concert.

Some even claimed they could barely hear the artist's performances throughout the whole festival.

Another user posted a video of her experience at the festival and said, "I'm at Besame Mucho and I'm watching Grupo Frontera but no one can hear him, do you hear the silence."

One user commented on the TikTok video saying "I was in VIP near the front and could barely hear him, the audio was so bad."

Grupo Frontera frontman Adelaidio Solis responded to a comment on Tiktok, explaining that the group was not aware of the audio issues until after the festival.

"We're so sorry, we found out the volume was really bad once we left, swear it wasn't our fault but that's still no excuse, la neta lo sentimos mucho," Solis said.

The festival has not commented on the complaints circulating across social media.
