- Sapphire at La Sienna Phase II & III: Developers are requesting variances to the Unified Development Code regarding side yard setbacks for single-family detached lots at 4498 La Sienna Pkwy.

- Approved rezoning for 1000 W. FM 2812 from General Commercial to General Industrial.
- Approved rezoning for 610 E. Monte Cristo Road from General Industrial to General Commercial.
