The Board will consider declaring two properties as dangerous buildings and public nuisances, which may lead to mandatory repair or city-ordered demolition at the owners' expense.

  • A. 4302 Tagle St: Determination of whether the structure owned by Juanita G. Tagle constitutes a dangerous building or public nuisance. Staff recommends demolition due to structural instability and fire hazards.
  • B. 1706 E University Dr: Determination of whether the two-story commercial structure owned by RKRD REH, LLC constitutes a dangerous building or public nuisance. Staff recommends repair or demolition.
