Duo with 'say no to drugs' sign arrested for selling Xanax, cocaine, police say

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral)  Two people with a "Say no to drugs" sign on their front door were arrested for allegedly selling cocaine and Xanax, authorities say.

Agustin Camacho, 30, and Esmeralda Olivo, 38, were charged with the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance PG 1 (10.57 oz of cocaine) and the manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance PG 3 (8.90 oz of Xanax), according to a news release from the Brownsville Police Department.

On Jan. 9, the Brownsville Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence, located at the 300 block of Ruby Red Lane.

During the investigation, authorities say the residence had been identified as being involved with the sales of drugs. At the residence, agents saw the front door decorated with a sign that reads, "Say no to drugs."

During the raid, agents found 299.9g grams of cocaine and 252.3 grams of Xanax, along with an unknown amount of U.S. currency, according to the charges listed. Both Camacho and Olivo were arrested during the drug seizure.

Both were arraigned Friday, Jan. 10. Camacho was issued a bond of $500,000, and Olvio was issued a total bond of $300,000.
