HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Kayla Garcia and Enrique Zaragoza from Sweet Paris Cafe is located in the Plaza Mall in McAllen.

The duo prepared a chicken Florentine crepe, focusing on the ingredients and techniques used.

Kayla noted that crepes resemble thin pancakes but that theirs contain more eggs.

The cafe produces hundreds of crepes daily with favorites like the Croque Madame and the Philly cheese steak crepe.

The Chicken Florentine crepe features chicken seasoned with basil and salt, drizzled with Alfredo sauce.

Sweet Paris Cafe operates from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
