Docs: Man arrested after pleasuring himself in Macy's bathroom

McALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man was arrested for allegedly pleasuring himself at a department store bathroom in the McAllen mall, records show.

Velentino Diaz was charged with indecent exposure, according to a McAllen Police Department offense report obtained by ValleyCentral.

On Sept. 6, authorities responded to the Macy's store located at 2200 S. 10th Street, regarding public lewdness.

At the scene, the victim told police he was on his lunch break by the women's department, located on the first floor, when a man, later identified as Diaz, had approached him.

The victim reported, that Diaz asked him where the men's department was. The employee guided Diaz to the second floor through the elevators and pointed him to the men's section.

According to the report, the employee later went to the men's restroom located on the second floor. While he was washing his hands he noticed Diaz walk behind him and made his way to the urinals.

The victim stated, Diaz attempted to use the urinal but he felt Diaz stare at him. The report added, that the employee turned around and saw Diaz with his genitals exposed and pleasuring himself while looking in his direction.

Authorities say, the victim immediately left after seeing Diaz pleasure himself and advised his supervisor.
