City of Edinburg to host Pokemon Day event

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Ready to "Catch them All?"

The City of Edinburg is hosting a Pokemon Day event in celebration of the childhood favorite show.

The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 at the Edinburg World Birding Center, located at 714 S. Raul Longoria Road.

The event will include multiple Pokemon-themed activities including a Pokemon Rangers Walk, Ditto slime, backyard Magikarp catch, a show and tell, a craft station and many more activities.
