• Ordinance 2026-09: Rezoning 121 and 125 S. Arizona Street from Single-Family (R-2) to Multi-Family Low Density (MF-1).
• Approval of the final plat for the Alton Valley Heights Subdivision.
• Authorization to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for consulting services for a new Comprehensive Plan.
• Acceptance of a bid for HVAC installation at the Alton Recreation Center.
• Cooperation Agreement with Hidalgo County for the 2027-2029 Community Block Grant Program.
• Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, real estate, and personnel matters.
