• Report from consultant regarding PDLR public parkways and required actions.
• Presentation and acknowledgment of the financial report.
• Authorization for the payment of claims and execution of related checks.
• Review of the Quarterly Investment Report as of March 31, 2026.
• Discussion regarding the district's annual budget and potential reduction of assessments on residents and property owners.
• Acknowledgment of the annual audited financial statements for Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2025.
• Approval of a sales order for repairs to the district golf cart.
• Report on the operation and maintenance of PDLR public parkways and resacas' lighted aerators.
• Implementation of a drainage protocol to clarify maintenance responsibilities and ensure coordinated flood response during heavy rainfall.
• Resumption of maintenance services for two resaca aerators at Emerald Cove, Emerald Valley, and Fox Hollow.
• Implementation of a designated budget percentage for safety and beautification purchases.
