EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Tejano Singer Bobby Pulido will be hosting a holiday feast in Edinburg for Thanksgiving.
The event will provide 500 hot meals to those in need and first responders in the area.
Pulido tells ValleyCentral he got the idea from his wife and has his whole family participating in the event. He will also be providing autographs and taking pictures with attendees.
“Oh my god. It's amazing, man, they're so grateful, so thankful," Pulido said. "That makes it all worth it. To be honest with you, seeing, them being happy and grateful. It's everything. It's good for the soul.”
The event will begin at 12 p.m. Wednesday at 303 E. Cano St. in Edinburg.
Pulido says this year he will spend Thanksgiving away from family due to performing in Yucatan, Merida, Mexico.
