Throughout the free event attendees can immerse themselves in a world of art, creativity and color with folklorico performances, chalk art exhibits where local artists will show off their talent, as well as Frida inspired fashion.

In fact, in honor of the Mexican artist, the city is encouraging attendees to dress as Frida Kahlo.

Other festivities include Frida’s Petting Zoo as well as food trucks and local vendors where attendees can browse for unique items.

This year’s festival will also feature the return of the FridaRiders Caravan who will be making a grand entrance at FridaFest.
