Weekend weather update 

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A strong cold front is expected to move across the Valley early Saturday morning, between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. Following the front’s passage, enough atmospheric moisture will remain to produce a few showers and isolated rumbles of thunder, mainly across the northeastern portions of the Valley.
