MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A Valley woman was arrested for allegedly creating a fake social media account to impersonate another woman.
Nelda Luna, described by police as a 5'6" woman with brown hair, brown eyes and weighs 180 pounds, allegedly harassed a McAllen woman by calling her and leaving her unwanted messages.
The victim in the case said she believed Luna created a fake Facebook account and used her photos, likeness and personal information. The victim told police the account was made without her consent.

Luna was arrested and booked into the Hidalgo County Jail Feb. 16 on charges of harassment and online impersonation-email/message w/intent.
Records indicate she remains jailed on a $5,000 bond.
