UTRGV holds special announcement

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley will host a press conference Thursday morning.

The announcement will take place at the newly acquired UTRGV Stadium in Edinburg at 10 a.m. at 1616 S. Raul Longoria Rd in Edinburg.
