Surviving the Storm: How to prepare for the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The Atlantic Hurricane Season is approaching and the Valley Storm Team is bringing you the latest on how to prepare for the months ahead.

The National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration predicts the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season will see 25 storms, up to 13 hurricanes and seven major hurricanes.

The hurricane season will run from June 1 through November 30.
