After the press conference ended, Alliance members visited the Port of Brownsville and SpaceX’s Starbase at Boca Chica.

The chair of STAC is Edinburg Mayor Ramiro Garza. Other members to attend the Brownsville meeting included Brownsville Mayor John Cowen, Jr., Harlingen Mayor Norma Sepulveda, McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos, Weslaco Mayor Adrian Gonzalez, and Laredo Mayor Victor Treviño.
