San Sebastian Sudivision groundbreaking event set for March 14

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The San Sebastian Subdivision is a 168-acre community in San Benito, Texas in its initial stage with a total of three phases.

Phase one includes 10 commercial acres, 54 single-family lots, and 7 acres of green spaces with amenities like soccer and football courts, playgrounds, and walking trails.
