• Resolution 2026-11 & 12: Elimination of two vacant patrol officer positions and approval of a $3,000 annual retention salary adjustment for sworn law enforcement officers.
• Resolution 2026-13: General Fund budget amendment including $90,201 for an employment settlement and $100,000 for a fire substation capital project.
• Resolution 2026-14: Budget amendment for the Rio Grande City Economic Development Corporation in the amount of $441,000.
• Contract Approval: Execution of a construction contract with R.P. Constructors, Inc. for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Project.
• Planning & Zoning: Final approval for Falcon Trails Phase 2 subdivision and a wine/malt beverage license for Pho Houston.
• Executive Session: Consultation regarding a water loss dispute with El Sauz Water Supply and real estate acquisitions.
