Rare brown jay bird spotted at South Texas wildlife preserve -- only 1 of 9 in US

Birders are flocking to the Salineño Wildlife Preserve, which is located just feet from the Mexican border in deep South Texas, where a rare brown jay has been seen daily since Thanksgiving, boosting eco tourism on the border.
