BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Police seized firearms, drugs and cash during a search of a Brownsville residence near a children's daycare center.

On Wednesday, the Brownsville Police Department Special Investigations Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a residence at the zero block of Western Blvd after concerns of "suspicious activities" from the community.

Police determined the residence was involved in the sale of drugs, and that 37-year-old Adrian Jaramillo Jr. who resided at the residence, had multiple felony warrants, police said.
