EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — First responders responded to an incident at South Texas International Airport on Thursday.
According to city officials, a Cessna 210 aircraft made a rough landing at the airport.
The rough landing was caused by windy conditions which also contributed to a gear collapse during the landing.
No injuries were reported and all passengers were safely evacuated.
Airport officials are working to clear and inspect the runway before resuming normal operations.
