PD: Edinburg woman charged with DWI after bus crash

EDINBURG, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An Edinburg woman was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated Saturday after being involved in a car crash, police say.

At 6:50 p.m. authorities responded to a three-vehicle crash at the 3600 block of S. Sugar Road.

According to a release from the Edinburg Police Department, the incident included an Edinburg CISD school bus with four students, a sponsor, and a driver on board.

Police arrested 32-year-old Jeanette Reyes Marmolejo for "suspicion of driving while intoxicated", according to the release.

No major injuries were reported.
