Nothing Bundt Cakes coming to Harlingen

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Nothing Bundt Cakes is expanding to Harlingen in 2025, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

A report from TDLR says construction for the project will begin on January 20 with an estimated completion date of April 11.

The Harlingen location will be the fifth one in the Rio Grande Valley.

It will be located on 2819 W. Expressway 83 Suite 300.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has two locations in McAllen, one in Weslaco and one in Brownsville.
