MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A Mission man was arrested after allegedly breaking a hole through his fence and pointing a gun through it at two people, documents reveal.
Victor Ibarra was arrested on two counts of deadly conduct and two counts of assault causing bodily injury, according to Hidalgo County Jail records.
A probable cause affidavit stated that on March 7, deputies with the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office responded to Silverado Circle in Mission, where they made contact with a man and woman.
They told deputies that Ibarra broke a hole through his fence, put his hand through it while holding a handgun and pointed it at both of them, the affidavit stated.
He was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on March 7 and his bond was set at $16,000. He was released from jail on March 10.
