McAllen Police search for bank fraud suspect from Chicago

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The McAllen Police Department continues its search for a woman believed to be involved in bank fraud.

Kaitlyn Nicole Robinson is suspected of using false information to pass checks. Authorities believe she is traveling under an alias.

On April 10, McAllen Police received reports of two separate banking institutions reporting forged checks.

Robinson is a prime suspect in both investigations.

She is wanted on four felony warrants including forgery of a check, a state jail felony, theft of funds, a state jail felony, forgery of a check, a state jail felony, and theft of funds, a state jail felony.

Robinson is described by as a 38-year-old white woman with brown hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be 5'7" and weigh 125 pounds. Authorities also believe Robinson is from Chicago, Illinois.
