McAllen Police issue welfare concern for 82-year-old man

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The McAllen Police Department has issued a welfare concern for an 82-year-old man.

Police said Felipe Serna was last seen on Dec. 22 around 6:27 p.m. in the area of 24th St. and Fresno Avenue.

Serna is described as 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes, and white hair. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, long-sleeve denim button-up shirt and khaki pants.

Police urge the public with information as to Serna's whereabouts to call the McAllen Police Department at (956) 681-2000.
