McAllen PD: Third arrest made in public ‘sexual performance’ case, 1 at large

MCALLEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Police have arrested two more suspects in connection to a public sexual performance at a McAllen business.

McAllen police continue to investigate the sexual performance that took place August 4 on the 1700 block of Dallas Avenue in McAllen.

According to police, four suspects engaged in acts of sexual conduct while the business was open to the public.

Mark Anthony Watts and Alvaro Costilla are two of four men who engaged in the performance on the 1700 block of Dallas Avenue in McAllen.

Watts and Costilla were arrested Thursday, August 29, at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport on charges of promotion of prostitution and tampering with evidence, according to McAllen police.

Both suspects received a $20,000 bond.

A third suspect in this case, Dionicio Luna Aguirre was arrested Wednesday, August 28, and was booked into the Hidalgo County Jail on a charge of public lewdness.

Aguirre's bond was set at $2,000. He was released from jail Friday, August 30.

Police continue to look for the fourth and final suspect, Diego Rodrigo Barros.

Barros, 38, is wanted for public lewdness and prostitution, according to McAllen police.

He is described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes.
